Exhibition & Sponsorship
The Organizing Committee of the CSHP/SH20119 would like to invite corporate sponsors to participate in the exhibition and vendor sponsorship of the Workshop.
The CSHP/SH Workshop is the official meeting of the Chinese Society for Hematopathology (CSHP), and is combined with the meeting of the Society for Haematopathology (SH). This is the first joint workshop of these two society, the meeting will gather leading hematopathologists from China and U.S.A. With its topic on “Infectious agent-associated lymphoid proliferation”, the CSHP/SH Workshop 2019 will also attract dermatopathologists as well as hematologists and dermatologists, and we anticipate an excellent attendance of 500 physicians.
The Workshop venue is first class with 5-diamond quality services at the Gran Meliá Xian. The exhibition area is located at the Ballroom Level, immediately adjacent to the Workshop Zhenguan ballroom.
There are a total of 15 spaces for exhibition at three levels of vendor sponsorship including Platinum, Gold, and Silver sponsors. Vendor registrations will be processed and confirmed on a first-come-first-serve basis. The deadline for Vendor Sponsorship registration and payment is on August 14, 2019. To reserve your exhibition space, please complete the Vendor Sponsorship Registration Form, and return it to Peizhen Hu, the Organizing Committee Assistant (see her contact information below).

All sponsors will have a booth space of 10 x 5 ft, plus table, chairs, electric outlet, and wireless internet connection. One Vendor Registration includes conference program, Three coffee/ tea breaks, two lunches.
Platinum Sponsor
Cost: $20,000. Benefits include:
1). Publicized as Platinum sponsor at the Workshop website and program;
2). Premium location with exhibit booth numbers P1 – P2;
3). Two free Vendor Registrations;
4). Recognized as Gala Dinner Sponsor;
5). Company logo and website linked at the Workshop website;

Cost: $15,000. Benefits include:
