Climate and Dress Code

The climate in Xi’an is moderate, with plenty of sunshine. The average temperature in October ranges from 50s° F (low) to mid 70s° F (high). The dress code for the Workshop is Business Casual. A light over-coat, jacket, or sweater may be needed for the night time.

Impossibility

The CSHP/SH 2019 is subject to cancellation without liability upon the occurrence of any circumstance beyond the control of the Chinese Society for Hematopathology and the Organizing Committee of the CSHP/SH2019, such as acts of war, acts of terrorism, government regulations, disaster, strikes other than those involving the employees of the contracted parties of the Workshop seeking the protection of this clause, and civil disorder.

The Workshop attendees are responsible for their own safety and well-being, as well as the safety of their belongings.  The Chinese Society for Hematopathology and Organizers of the CSHP/SH 2019 are not liable for any damages and/or losses of any personal items, which may be incurred by the Workshop attendees and/or by any of their accompanying individuals, both during the official activities and going to and/or from the Workshop.
